3100 Banks Street, located in Mid-City, New Orleans, is one of the first successful Opportunity Zone projects in New Orleans since the legislation was rolled out in 2017.

The new building, featuring 26,000 square feet, is a mixed-use development that includes 21 high-end residential apartments, each with one designated parking space, and 5,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
