2740 St. Louis, located in Mid-City, sits directly across from the Lafitte Greenway. NORF Companies acquired the over 100-year-old warehouse in 2016. It originally housed a cooperage, was later a distribution center for the Times-Picayune, and also served as a garage before sitting vacant for many years. NORF converted it into 21,000 square feet of modern industrial office space with exposed brick and beams, skylights, and several energy-efficient upgrades.
