131 South Norman C Francis Pkwy is the former historic First United Baptist Church located a half block from Canal Street. Finished in 2019, the building was renovated into 20 residential units and 28 parking spaces in the adjacent lot. The Louisiana Landmarks Society awarded NORF Companies as a 2019 Winner for Excellence in Historic Preservations for the redevelopment of 131 South Norman C Francis Parkway. This redevelopment transformed an old Baptist church into multi-family apartments.
