1014 Prairie Street was acquired by NORF Companies in May of 2020. Built around 1895, this three-story historic brick building sits in the heart of Downtown Houston, just five blocks from Minute Maid Stadium.

NORF plans to restore the blighted property into a mixed-use, multi-family development with approximately 20 residential units and ground-floor commercial space.
