About the Asset
In January of 2023, the Tyler Economic Development Council announced the purchase of 412 acres of land in the northern part of Smith County to be used as an industrial park. The park will be used to develop sites for prospective businesses including manufacturing and distribution facilities. The park is in line with the mission of the Council to stimulate job growth and retention in the local area.
NORF is seeking to acquire up to 40 acres of land for industrial development. The project will be completed in different phases and upon completion, will include 500,000 SF of industrial space.
