Erin Brennan

Fund Analyst

Erin Brennan joined NORF Companies in June of 2019 working as a Development Associate Intern, where she assisted with capital raise efforts, fundraising, and marketing for NORF's current Opportunity Zone Funds. She also worked along side the Development Director to aid in the compliance of Opportunity Zones and Historic Tax Credits. In 2020, Erin officially joined the NORF team as the Project Analyst. Along with her previous duties, she now helps oversee project financing, due diligence, and marketing and fund promotion.

In 2020, Erin graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Finance with a focus in real estate and a minor in Energy. During her time at LSU she was involved with the Real Estate Research Program and the Risk Management Association.
