David Fruzynski

David Fruzynski serves as the Director of Finance for NORF Companies where he leads project financing efforts, provides fund level analysis, and prepares ongoing financial reporting. Prior to joining NORF in 2022, He was an associate at a New Orleans based real estate development company where he was involved in over $350 million dollars in capital transactions. He also has experience in construction and design work.

 

Mr. Fruzynski received his MBA from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2013 with a concentration in Finance. He was a board member of Tulane Real Estate Club and volunteered with Tulane’s Small Center, providing financial analysis. He holds a MA from Tulane’s School of Architecture. Mr. Fruzynski currently resides in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans with his wife and four children.
